Office Assistant - Hawalli, Kuwait
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our office by performing various administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in person or over the phone
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring accuracy and organization
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties such as invoicing, data entry, and reconciling expenses
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
