Seasonal Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team for the busy summer season! As a Seasonal Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and workstations
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages is an asset)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with a positive attitude

Working Conditions:
This is a seasonal position from June to September. The salary is $1500 per month. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates. This is an ideal opportunity for students or individuals looking for short-term employment.

Location:
This position is based in Hawalli, Kuwait. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Kuwait. English language skills are preferred but not required.
