Caregiver - Elderly Care Specialist

We are searching for a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working with elderly individuals and providing high-quality care in a home or healthcare setting. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. You will also provide companionship and emotional support to promote the overall well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary restrictions
- Administering medications as prescribed by the client's healthcare provider
- Providing transportation to appointments or outings
- Engaging in meaningful activities with clients to promote cognitive stimulation
- Monitoring clients' health status and reporting any changes to the appropriate parties
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for the client

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in caregiving or elderly care is a plus
- Previous experience working with elderly individuals preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when necessary
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, reaching, etc.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month.
