Administrative Assistant for International Company in Hawalli, Kuwait
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our international company in Hawalli, Kuwait. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. As our company operates globally, English proficiency is not required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team and management
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Maintain and update company records and databases
- Assist with travel arrangements and visa applications for employees
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
