Restaurant Manager
We are searching for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment in Riyadh. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective service, managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing profits. You should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, service, inventory management, and employee scheduling.
- Train and manage staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing waste.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner to ensure their satisfaction.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Collaborate with chefs to create menu items that meet customer preferences and budget requirements.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
- Manage budget and financial performance by analyzing sales data, controlling costs, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health codes and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the restaurant industry.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Salary: 1400$ per month
