We are a leading company in the consumer goods industry and we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee and manage all sales operations in the city. You will develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive business growth. This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Set sales targets for team members and monitor their performance
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market trends
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
