Administrator (Contract)
We are currently seeking an Administrator for a contract position in Riyadh. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of our company. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational and time-management skills to gain experience in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports
- Support the HR department with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in working condition
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$. Candidates from Pakistan or Canada are preferred. No English language proficiency is required for this role.
