We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Jeddah. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries and desserts for our restaurant. Your role will involve preparing high-quality ingredients, following recipes accurately, and utilizing various techniques to produce unique and innovative desserts. You must have a passion for pastry making, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare various types of pastries and desserts according to recipes
- Decorate pastries/desserts using creative techniques
- Ensure all food items are presented in an attractive manner
- Maintain inventory of pastry supplies and order ingredients as needed
- Collaborate with other chefs to create new pastry items for the menu
- Follow food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
- Train new pastry cooks on proper techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of baking methods, ingredients, equipment, and techniques
- Ability to read and follow complex recipes accurately
- Creativity and artistic skills for decorating pastries/desserts
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders at once
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Education/Certification:
- High school diploma or equivalent required (culinary degree preferred)
- Certification from a culinary school or training program specializing in pastry making

Location:
This position is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds but preference will be given to Indian nationals.
