Sales Manager - Jeddah, Canada


We are a leading global company in the sales industry, and we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Canada. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving business growth in the Canadian market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Build strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game
- Train and onboard new sales team members
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management or related role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of the Canadian market and consumer behavior
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
As a Sales Manager, you will receive a competitive salary of 1300$ per month. In addition, you will be eligible for bonuses based on your performance.

Location:
This is a full-time position located in Jeddah, Canada. Relocation assistance is not provided for this role.

Experience:
