Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team in Medina. Our ideal candidate is a Pakistani or African national with prior experience working as an Executive Chef in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively manage a team of culinary professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create new menus and recipes based on current food trends and customer preferences
- Ensure consistent quality of dishes by conducting regular taste tests
- Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Comply with sanitation regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment
- Collaborate with restaurant management to create special menus for events or promotions
- Manage food cost, budget, and waste control to meet financial targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current industry trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Ability to create innovative menus that appeal to our diverse customer base
- Experience in managing food cost, budget, and waste control to meet financial targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Pakistani or African nationality is preferred
- Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia would be an advantage
