Seasonal Restaurant Manager
Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia
We are in need of a skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee our seasonal restaurant operations in Medina. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and quality service, managing staff, maintaining inventory and budgets, and upholding health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations during the busy seasonal period
- Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Create schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage budgets effectively
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this seasonal position.
