Indian Chef
We are seeking a skilled Indian Chef to join our team in Medina. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking traditional Indian dishes, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Your main responsibilities will include creating new menu items, training kitchen staff, ordering ingredients, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to the established recipes and presentation standards.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a professional chef, with a strong background in Indian cuisine. You must also possess excellent knowledge of spices and ingredients used in Indian cooking, as well as the ability to create fusion dishes that appeal to a diverse clientele. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential.
