Surveying Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
- Analyze data collected from surveys and prepare reports with accurate measurements
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide accurate survey information for projects
- Maintain records of surveys, including notes, maps, sketches, and photographs
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols
- Train junior staff on surveying techniques and equipment operation

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in land surveying
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Surveying or related field
- Strong technical skills in operating surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
- Proficiency in using CAD software for drafting surveys
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Familiarity with local regulations for land surveys
