Waiter/Waitress


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Medina. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a positive attitude towards providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the restaurant
- Present menus to customers and answer any questions they may have
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
- Check on customers throughout their meals to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Assist with restocking supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude towards providing excellent customer service
- Must have a valid visa for employment in Medina
