Land Surveyor

We are currently hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our growing team in Medina. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and creating accurate maps and land measurements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of land surveying techniques and equipment, as well as excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features of the land
- Use surveying instruments such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels to collect data
- Analyze data to create detailed maps, reports, and legal descriptions of the surveyed area
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Maintain accurate records of all surveys and related documents
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to land surveying

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
