Construction Manager - Mecca, Saudi Arabia



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee projects in the city of Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As the construction manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop project plans and schedules, including resources allocation and cost management
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor progress and quality of work at construction sites
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a construction manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Salary: 1500$

Location: Mecca, Saudi Arabia
