Part-Time Office Assistant in Mecca
We are looking for a reliable part-time office assistant to join our team in Mecca. As an office assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Greeting and assisting visitors to the office.
- Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files.
- Preparing, formatting, and editing documents such as reports, memos, and presentations.
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Making travel arrangements for staff members.
- Providing general administrative support to all departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be a foreign national currently residing in Mecca.
- Basic knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English would be beneficial.
- Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to work part-time hours (20 hours per week).
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to the office.
Salary:
This is a part-time position paying 1300$ per month.
