Office Assistant (Malayalee) in Mecca
Our growing company is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Mecca. We are looking for a Malayalee candidate with excellent English speaking skills who can work on a contract basis without accommodation. This is an urgent job opportunity for someone with their own visa already in place.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including but not limited to answering phone calls, organizing documents, and scheduling appointments
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and record keeping
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked
- Help maintain a clean and organized office space for optimal efficiency
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, both in person and through written communication
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is a must
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Salary: $900 per month
