As a Sales Manager in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our company. Your main duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining relationships with key clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform sales strategies
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
