Construction Manager


A reputable construction company in Jizan is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all phases of the construction process from start to finish. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and up to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Supervise and manage construction teams including subcontractors
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations at all times
- Maintain accurate project documentation including daily progress reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Salary: 1700$ per month
