Pastry Chef (English Speaking)


We are a renowned hotel in Jizan seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious desserts and baked goods for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design new pastry recipes to add to our menu
- Prepare and bake a variety of desserts, including cakes, pastries, and breads
- Decorate pastries using various techniques such as icing, glazing, and piping
- Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed
- Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed during the preparation and storage of pastry items
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs in proper techniques and procedures
- Collaborate with other chefs in the kitchen to create cohesive menus
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients
- Creativity in developing new recipes and decorating techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time-management skills
- Good communication skills in English

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

This position is located in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. Applicants must be English speaking foreigners with valid work permits.
