Merchandiser - Jizan, Saudi Arabia

A leading retail company in Jizan is seeking experienced Merchandisers to join their team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet customer demands. You will work closely with buyers and suppliers to ensure the right products are in stock at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising plans and strategies based on market trends and customer demands
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
- Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and provide recommendations to the buying team
- Create attractive product displays to maximize sales potential
- Analyze sales data and make adjustments to merchandising strategies as needed
- Train new staff members on merchandising techniques and company policies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting
- Fluent in Malayalam (reading, writing, speaking) - English language skills are not required for this position
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer preferences
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work full-time without accommodation
