Waiter/Waitress at a Fine Dining Restaurant



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team at a prestigious fine dining restaurant in Jizan. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly with attention to detail
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu items
- Ensure that tables are properly set up with clean linens, cutlery, glasses, etc.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or issues
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining establishment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Jizan. Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Jizan or willing to relocate.
