Job Title: Land Surveyor


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Jizan. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, creating maps and reports, and providing accurate data for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data and prepare maps, charts, and reports
- Establish property boundaries and create legal descriptions of land
- Provide accurate measurements and coordinates for construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate data collection
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards for surveying work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software such as AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of local laws, regulations, and standards related to surveying work
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-professionals
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Jizan. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already located in Jizan.

Employment Type:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must be able to secure their own housing in Jizan.

Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates who require it.

Language Requirements:
This position requires fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic would be an asset.
