A well-established bakery in Jizan, Saudi Arabia is seeking a talented Baker to join our team. This is a contract position, with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance. We are open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates.

As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts that meet high quality standards. You will work closely with our team to develop new recipes and improve existing ones. The ideal candidate should have excellent time-management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Previous baking experience is not required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes
- Utilize various baking techniques and equipment to achieve desired results
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed for optimal baking
- Ensure all products are consistently high-quality and visually appealing
- Collaborate with team members on recipe development and improvement
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Comply with food safety regulations and standards at all times

Requirements:
- Passion for baking and creating delicious treats
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Physical endurance to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills in English (spoken) is required
