Job Title: Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Salalah. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in production processes. Your main duties will include monitoring machines, conducting quality checks, and making adjustments as needed. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment and be able to work efficiently with little supervision. This position offers a salary of 1200$ per month and includes accommodation and visa sponsorship. All nationalities are welcome to apply, but candidates from Pakistan and Nepal are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Operate machines to produce high-quality products
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Maintain inventory of supplies and materials
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Familiarity with different types of machinery such as lathes, mills, drills, etc.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Good physical stamina and strength for standing, bending, and lifting during shifts
- Attention to detail and ability to detect flaws in products
- Strong problem-solving skills
