Nurse Supervisor


We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our healthcare team in Salalah. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our nursing staff, ensuring high quality patient care and compliance with medical procedures. You will also be in charge of managing schedules, training and mentoring new nurses, and handling any issues or concerns that arise within the nursing department.

Requirements:
- Must be a Pakistani national with valid nursing credentials
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a nurse or 1 year experience as a nurse supervisor
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures and protocols
- Ability to handle stress and make critical decisions
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts

Salary: $1500 per month
