Our restaurant in Salalah is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. This position is open for Pakistani nationals who are looking for job opportunities in Salalah.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. You will also be responsible for managing and training staff, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Train and manage staff to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction
- Create work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items or specials
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports for upper management

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality residing in Salalah preferred
- Minimum 12 pass education level
- Biometric passport is required
- Previous experience in restaurant management preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month with additional benefits such as paid vacation, medical insurance, and transportation allowance.
