Sales Manager for Indian Market in Salalah, Oman
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our operations in the Indian market in Salalah, Oman. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase our market share and revenue. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and providing training and guidance to ensure their success.
Requirements:
- Indian national with fluency in English
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
- Strong understanding of the Indian market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, guidance, and support
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Collaborate with marketing department to create effective campaigns
- Travel within the Indian market as needed
Salary:
$1400 per month (tax-free) plus commission on sales
Location:
Salalah, Oman
Note: This is a full-time position that does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own accommodations in Salalah or be willing to relocate.
