Land Surveyor Technician

Our land surveying company is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor Technician to join our team in Salalah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying techniques and equipment, as well as knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using various equipment including total stations, GPS receivers, and digital levels
- Prepare accurate survey reports and maps using computer-aided drafting (CAD) software
- Assist the Land Surveyor in planning and organizing field surveys
- Maintain and calibrate survey equipment to ensure accuracy of measurements
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members to gather necessary information for surveys
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while performing surveys on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor Technician
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards such as ALTA/NSPS standards, state plane coordinate systems, etc.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation
- Strong understanding of land surveying techniques and equipment including total stations, GPS receivers, and digital levels
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
