Entry-Level Floral Designer


We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Floral Designer in Muscat, Oman. As a Canadian-owned florist, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and beautiful floral arrangements to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a Canadian national looking to gain experience in the floral industry while living abroad.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior floral designers with creating and assembling unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events
- Use creativity and knowledge of different types of flowers to design aesthetically pleasing bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral pieces
- Ensure all arrangements are made with attention to detail and meet quality standards
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers and supplies, keeping track of stock levels and ordering when necessary
- Assist with daily shop operations including customer service, phone calls, and cleaning duties

Requirements:
- Canadian nationality or eligibility to work in Canada preferred
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Passion for flowers and previous experience working with them is an asset but not required
- Ability to learn quickly on the job
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to live on-site (accommodation provided)

Salary:
Starting salary of 1300$ per month with potential for increase based on performance.
