Restaurant Manager
Location: Muscat, Oman


A well-established restaurant in Muscat is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in managing a restaurant, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and train staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
- Monitor expenses, budget, and financial transactions
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss goals, performance, and any concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items and promotions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
