Construction Manager (Malayalee) - Muscat, Oman


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Malayalee Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning and design to completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other construction professionals
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budgets and control costs by negotiating contracts and managing resources effectively
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and identify any potential issues or delays
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or requests
- Prepare reports detailing project progress, budget updates, and any issues that may arise
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff members to ensure their professional development

Qualifications:
- Must be a Malayalee with experience working as a Construction Manager in Oman or the Middle East region
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction industry standards
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam (written and spoken)
- Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and resolve conflicts effectively

We offer competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position. We also provide free visa sponsorship and air ticket for the right candidate. Accommodation can be provided if required.
