Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Muscat. Your main duties will include planning, budgeting, coordinating and supervising the construction process from beginning to end. You will also be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of construction workers, subcontractors and vendors to ensure efficient and effective project execution. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in construction management, strong leadership skills and excellent project management abilities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Muscat
- Excellent communication skills in English

Preferred:
- Experience working with Indian contractors or subcontractors
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects
- Experience working with freshers or entry-level employees
