Office Assistant - Muscat, Oman
A reputable company in Muscat is seeking a skilled and reliable Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings
- Keep office area clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Indian nationality preferred
