Sales Manager - Muscat (Pakistani)



We are currently hiring a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Muscat. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. You must have excellent communication skills in English and be able to effectively manage relationships with clients and partners. A proven track record of successfully driving sales and meeting targets is required. This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month with visa sponsorship. Pakistani candidates with strong English proficiency are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve company goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to relocate to Muscat and obtain necessary work permits/visa sponsorship
