We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying and be proficient in using modern surveying equipment and software.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using various equipment such as total station, GPS, and laser scanners
- Interpret survey data and prepare accurate maps, plans, and reports
- Calculate land boundaries and create legal descriptions for properties
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate placement of buildings or structures
- Maintain surveying equipment and ensure proper calibration for accurate measurements
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols while conducting surveys on construction sites or in remote locations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Proficient in using modern surveying equipment and software (AutoCAD, ArcGIS)
- Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and standards related to land surveying in Oman
- Strong mathematical skills for precise calculations and measurements
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for effectively collaborating with colleagues and clients
- Valid driver's license required

We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month with opportunities for growth within the company. This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Sunday to Thursday. Accommodation is not provided but relocation assistance can be arranged for non-local candidates.
