Staff Nurse



As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in Nizwa, Oman. You will work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to assess and monitor patients' health, administer medications and treatments, and educate patients and their families on disease management and prevention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the medical team
- Educating patients on proper self-care techniques and disease prevention strategies
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhering to infection control protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse in a hospital setting preferred
- Valid nursing license from country of origin (Malayalees preferred)
- Fluent in Malayalam (English skills considered an asset)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse patient population
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to undergo additional training if required
