Contract Truck Driver in Nizwa, Oman


We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for non-Omani nationals. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods across the city.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a truck to transport goods from one location to another
- Follow traffic laws and regulations while driving on the road
- Plan and execute delivery routes in the most time-efficient manner
- Inspect truck for any mechanical issues before and after each trip
- Report any accidents or incidents immediately to the supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and deliveries
- Ensure all cargo is loaded securely and delivered to the correct destination
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, customers, and other drivers

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a truck driver
- Good knowledge of Nizwa roads and traffic laws
- Ability to read maps and follow GPS directions
- Physically fit to handle loading and unloading of cargo
- Excellent communication skills in English
