We are seeking a hardworking and passionate individual to join our team as a Florist Assistant in Nizwa, Oman. As a florist assistant, you will work closely with our experienced florists to create beautiful and unique arrangements for our customers. This is a full-time job that requires no previous experience, making it a great opportunity for beginners or non-native speakers.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and cleaning of flowers, plants, and other materials
- Help with arranging flowers and creating bouquets according to customer requests
- Maintain inventory and ensure all supplies are well-stocked
- Ensure the shop is clean and presentable at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs
- Assist with deliveries and installations when necessary
- Learn about different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques from experienced florists

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but a passion for flowers and creativity is a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (flowers, plants, etc.)
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced florists
