We are seeking a talented Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel in Nizwa, Oman. As an English speaking job, this position is open to both local and foreign candidates. We welcome applicants without experience or freshers who are passionate about cooking and eager to learn and grow.

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, from menu planning and food preparation to staff management and budgeting. You will use your creativity and expertise to develop new menus that showcase local flavors while also catering to international guests.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with experience in both traditional Omani cuisine as well as international cuisine. You must possess excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff. Attention to detail, time management, and budgeting skills are essential for this role.

In addition to your culinary skills, you should also possess good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management is preferred but not required.
