Part-Time Barista
Location: Nizwa, Oman



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Barista to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and upholding our company's standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences.
- Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings and promotions.
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and drip coffeemakers.
- Ensure the quality of all products meets our standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Follow health regulations for food safety.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of various coffee types and preparation methods.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalees preferred).
- Ability to operate coffee-making equipment efficiently.
- Good time-management skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Biometric passport required.
