Location: Nizwa, Oman
Salary: $1500 per month


We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based drinks to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare coffee-based drinks according to customer preferences
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- Uphold high standards for quality control and presentation of drinks
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock supplies as needed and keep track of inventory levels
- Collaborate with team members to create new drink recipes or improve existing ones

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
