We are a reputable construction company in Nizwa, Oman seeking an experienced and driven Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Manage and oversee construction teams, including contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and quality of work at various stages of the project
- Maintain communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare project budgets, estimates, and schedules
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being completed as per plans and specifications
- Make decisions regarding materials, equipment, and labor needs for each project
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry (preferably in Oman)
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (master's degree preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
and meet tight deadlines
- Extensive experience with budgeting, scheduling, and project management software
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
