Crane Operator


Our company is currently seeking experienced Crane Operators to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes on construction sites. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$, including accommodation. We welcome applicants of all nationalities; however, preference will be given to Egyptians and Canadians.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of cranes such as mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine crane positioning and lifting requirements
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safe operation
- Lift and move heavy materials and equipment using the crane controls
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or two-way radios
- Perform routine maintenance on the crane and report any malfunctions or defects to the supervisor
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Crane Operator in a construction setting
- Valid crane operator certification or license
- Proven ability to operate different types of cranes safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of crane maintenance procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Physically fit to perform the duties of the job
