Job Title: Office Assistant
We are hiring an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Nizwa. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing office operations, administrative tasks, and providing support to the management team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks
- Provide general support to the management team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Location: Nizwa, Oman
Preference: African or Egyptian nationals; no English proficiency required; accommodation not provided; open to all genders.
