Senior Merchandiser


Join our team as a Senior Merchandiser in Nizwa, Canada! As a member of our dynamic merchandising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase profitability. Your creative eye for product display and knowledge of market trends will be crucial in curating an attractive and appealing shopping experience for our customers. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and effective inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to achieve sales goals
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Create visually appealing product displays that align with brand standards
- Collaborate with buying team to select products that meet customer demand
- Manage inventory levels by monitoring sales performance and adjusting orders accordingly
- Train and mentor junior merchandisers to ensure consistency in visual presentation across all locations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in retail merchandising, preferably in a senior role
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent visual merchandising skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills
