Gardener - Contract Position in Nizwa, Oman


We are seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team in Nizwa, Oman on a contract basis. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and grounds of our property to the highest standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about gardening and enjoys working outdoors.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, pruning, and maintaining flowers, plants, trees, and shrubs
- Watering and fertilizing plants as needed
- Maintaining lawn and ensuring it is well-manicured
- Identifying and controlling weeds, pests, and diseases
- Applying appropriate pesticides and herbicides when necessary
- Maintaining garden equipment and tools in good working condition
- Ensuring all garden areas are clean and free of debris
- Assisting with landscaping projects as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a gardener or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs
- Familiarity with gardening equipment and tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks that require bending, lifting and kneeling for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in English

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation will be provided.
