A well-established restaurant in Nizwa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including managing staff, inventory, and budget
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and ensure profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of customer service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Plan and coordinate special events or promotions to attract new customers
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and maintaining profitability
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle customer complaints professionally
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
