Administrative Assistant
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will be based in Khasab and the position is open to Malayalees and Filipinos. No English proficiency is required and the job is suitable for men without any prior experience.
Your main responsibilities will include managing office supplies, responding to emails and phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing files and documents, and maintaining accurate records. You will also assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You should also have strong communication skills and be proficient in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
